About Tim O’Leary

Since graduating from college Tim O’Leary has never had a boss. This could be indicative of a strong independent streak, control issues, or the arrogant belief that nobody could do the job better than he can. However, Tim has built a career as a serial entrepreneur (founding over a dozen companies in industries ranging from software to advertising), author (frequent contributor to many national magazines and author of the award winning Warriors, Workers, Whiners & Weasels), and advertising and marketing expert (CEO and co-founder of The R2C Group, one of the nation’s largest independent ad agencies). He endeavors to constantly combine work with play to make work more fun, and pursues fly fishing, great wine, and travel with the same fervor as his constant search for profit and business innovation.
